Most Business Brokers do a good job of representing their clients, but clients like the typical Mom & Pop business are just too small for most brokerages. It is simple economics - the time it would take for a consultant to perform even rudimentary business analysis in conjunction with Business Brokerage isn't economically sustainable.

I assure you, there is no one on this planet that is more eager to complete the launch phase of Synergy than we are.
However; if we expect the Agent to do what is best for the Small Business owner, then we must do what is best for the Agent.
