    Most Business Brokers do a good job of representing their clients, but clients like the typical Mom & Pop business are just too small for most brokerages. It is simple economics - the time it would take for a consultant to perform even rudimentary business analysis in conjunction with Business Brokerage isn't economically sustainable.

    Every year, over a million small businesses are either sold or go through some type of business transition (U.S. Census Bureau for Small Business statistics). 

    On top of that, some 35,000 per year see no other options and simply lock the door and walk away. This is unacceptable.

    Don't get me wrong, most Business Brokers do a great job, but......
